Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities As a Group Manager- Professional Services Deployment, you will be responsible for handing customer deployments for the Technology platform. You will articulate the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) specifically targeting clients with global business services. Moderate and facilitate resolution of technical bottlenecks, establish project momentum throughout all partners including end users, SMEs as well as management in both business and/or operations

  • You will actively engage in presales activities and support Senior Executives on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial acumen or awareness
  • Engage with the customer in enabling outsourcing, transition of existing processes, drive business value through automated processes from a technical perspective
  • Partner and influence engineering organizations and design for effective operations model.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies as required
  • Handle all Technical compliance and certifications
  • Analyze and find opportunities for continuous improvement and partner with engineering and operations team to constantly improve services

  • Minimum 18-25 years of work experience in the Industry
  • Proficient in planning, designing and management of Shared Services operations
  • Working knowledge of complex global organizations with consulting expertise for successful sales closures
  • Proven expertise in contributing to and best in class insights for an inspiring vision for digital finance transformation and change
  • Demonstrate personal capability and competence in pursuit of outstanding client delivery
  • Hands-on experience in strong contribution and insights on leading practice Targeted Operating Model (T.O.M) design, build and implementation
  • Proficient to assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on work from each team
  • Solid cross-functional knowledge of finance processes like O2C, R2A, P2P and driving performance-based culture in Finance and Accounting
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt to existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the operations teams
