Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world s most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities As a Finance Transformation Director, you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of the finance function within the organization. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the finance transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the finance transformation initiative: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the finance transformation initiative. Develop a business case for the transformation, secure buy-in from stakeholders, and lead the execution of the transformation.
    • Drive process improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, design and implement process improvements, and drive change management activities to ensure the changes are adopted.
    • Enhance systems and technology: Evaluate existing systems and technology, identify areas for improvement, and implement new systems and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and lead the finance team: Build and lead a high-performing finance team that can execute on the vision and strategy for the finance transformation initiative.
    • Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and vision for the finance transformation initiative.
    Overall, as a Finance Transformation Director, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of the finance function within the organization, and will require a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
    • At least 18 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of leading finance transformation initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
    • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning and analysis tools.
    • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
