Job Description

    Responsibilities :As a Growth Marketer you will be working alongside the founders in a high-growth journey. You will be responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion. Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to :- Understand deeply the lifecycle of user on Able Jobs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers- Set up analytics to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, analytics, and creativity to meet ambitious growth targetsEligibility :- A strong background in a strategic marketing or growth marketing role- A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them- Has an experience in growing android applications- You are data-driven & not afraid to say I don- t know- At least 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing roleWhats in for you :- Work on an exciting growth problem and challenge the incumbents- Be the first member of the growth team and build a growth engine ground up- Work on a unique problem and help millions of people get their first job- Work with a Y Combinator backed startup and directly with founders from amazing companies like Udacity, Playment, and Yatra,
