Job Description

    Urgent hiring for Guest Relation Executive / Community Building Executive - Bangalore CTC- 3.60 LPAExperience - 2 years minimumQualification - GraduationLocation- Bangalore (Karle town)Role and Responsibilities
    • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist them with the check-in process, and provide information about the propertys facilities and services. During check-out, handle processes and ensure a smooth departure experience.
    • Guest Assistance: Be readily available to guests to answer questions, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Attend to any special requests or preferences guests may have to enhance their overall experience.
    • Complaint Handling: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction. If necessary, involve appropriate managers or departments to find effective solutions.
    • Communication: Maintain effective communication with various departments within the establishment, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, community manager, etc. to ensure seamless coordination and deliver a high level of service.
    • Guest Feedback: Collect guest feedback during their stay and after check-out to understand their experiences better and identify areas for improvement.
    • Promotional Programs: Promoting the property through various programs to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
    • Crisis Management: Remain composed during emergencies or crisis situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
    • Upselling: Suggest upgrades or additional services to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue for thecompany.
    • Maintain Guest Database: Keep accurate records of guest information, preferences, and special requests to personalize theirstay.
    Qualifications & Skills:Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are a plus.
