Key skills required for the job are: n HIL Validation Engineer - Job Responsibilities Plant model development and configuring Communication protocols using Matlab / Simulink & dSPACE libraries Write test specifications for the system requirements Write the test scripts for the system test cases Test Execution on HIL and analysis of Test results Build knowhow on body electronics systems Responsible for writing library functions Functional and Diagnostic HIL testing for Body ECU. Responsible for providing the logs, discussing Issues with suppliers and System responsible Necessary Skills 3-6 years of HIL validation, Plant modeling, Scripting and Automation Test cases writing after understanding the system requirements Should have good experience in dSpace Simulators (Scalexio) and tool of Chain- Control desk, Bus manager, Target Link, RTW and Canoe Hand on experience in Matlab/Simulink modeling for the testing the HIL Good Understanding of Communication Protocol(CAN, LIN, FlexRay) Good in UDS based Diagnostics Testing Should have good command on one of the body electronics functions Wiper system, Sunroof, Door control, keyless go, locking system, airbag etc. PROVEtech scripting language will be best fit but good Python/Perl or any other scripting language knowhow will also work Good analytical and problem solving skills Should be able to work with minimal supervision Result analysis and debugging Qualifications - Graduate/post graduate in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science. Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization. You should be able to ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage the team. You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders. ,
