Job Description

About Product Operations:Product Operations is part of Supply Chain Operations and is responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle Management from Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations perspective. The product Operations team gets engaged with the Design Engineering teams very early in the product development process and are responsible for all the NPI activities and also support the Products till the End of Life (EOL).Education: Graduate in Electrical/Electronics & communication Engineering/Computer Science/Industrial ElectronicsExperience: Minimum 7-10 Years of experience in Product Engineering & testing.Industry & Background:

  • Knowledge on Product hardware development process from concept to launch phase.
  • Knowledge on Ethernet technology (10/50G/100G/200G/400G) & hardware protocols like I2C, SPI, PCI, PCIe, DRAM, SerDes etc.
  • Strong Knowledge on hardware & system Testing.
  • Strong knowledge on debug the product failure to isolate the fault at individual component Level.
  • Strong Knowledge on Design for Testability (Structural, Functional & System Level).
  • Knowledge with any scripting Language (Perl, Python, TCL/TK) is preferred.
  • Having Product knowledge on Switches/Routers are added advantage.
oResponsible for driving DFT assessment by closely working with design engineering team and identify the mitigation plan to have maximum Product test coverage.oResponsible for developing optimized end-to-end manufacturing test strategy for different products like Cell Site Routers, Pre- aggregation Routers & Aggregation Routers.oResponsible for understanding Product testing software and hands on with how to use them for Product testing.oDevelop board and system level automated functional test processes using Python scripting for complex electronic systems to be deployed at remote contract manufacturing facilities.oHands on experience with Traffic Test analyzers (Spirent/IXIA) for testing Ethernet Interfaces.oResponsible for specifying, developing and/or procuring test equipment, Test Fixtures and Test Solutions.oDefine/Guide Debug process for test engineers in Contract Manufacturers.General Requirements:Expected to work with cross-functional Teams. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Conflict resolution. Problem solving. Presentation skills.
