Hardware Testing Engineer Experience: 3+ YearsJob Location: BangaloreCritical skills - Highly rated battery chargers testing, EMI/ EMC testing, power electronics systems testing, test setup developmentWhat will I be doingPerform product validation and verification of hardware systems in field and lab environment. Eg. EMI/ EMC test Develop new test procedures , test fixtures and enhance existing ones to ensure products reliability and usability.Prepare plans for validation methods, tools and processes for various automation/ manual tests.Prepare and submit reports on progress and status of all testing procedures.Collaborate with R&D engineers in development of test requirements specifications (TRS) with strong emphasis on standardization across multiple product lines.Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures and rules are strictly adhered to while electrical tests.What kind of experience and skills will I needSolid background in power electronics and its control3 to 5 years of design/ debugging/ testing experience with highly rated battery chargers and HV power systemsHands on experience for power electronics hardware Testing/ developmentExpertise in making test setup fixtures for various test types.Experience with Test Equipment such as: Power supplies, digital mutimeters, oscilloscopes, communication analyzers, spectrum analyzer, scalar network analyzer, power meter, frequency counter, etc.Automation Test environment programming experience (Labview, TestStand or similar) Analytic / statistical tool experience,
