HCM Functional Consultant The Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant should have 5 years of implementation experience in EBS HRMS, PeopleSoft HCM and in that minimum 3 years in Fusion HCM. Should have worked on at least 1 full life cycle implementation project in Fusion HCM. What you will do The HCM Consultant will be accountable for providing technical support, implementing new features, and working with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and/ or Financial Cloud applications. The Oracle Fusion Cloud is responsible for ensuring proper governance of the application, technical and functional documentation, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practice advice. Accountabilities Provide day to day support of the Oracle Fusion HCM and/ or ERP modules. Responsible for configuration changes and/ or implementing new modules to the Oracle Fusion Cloud application. Learn about Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and patches and communicate changes to key individuals. Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, and configuration Act as an Oracle Fusion subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM and/ or Financial business processes. Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams. Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment. Responsible for assigning work to themselves based on priorities and skillset. Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgements. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications Required: 3 or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, ERP, or Business Intelligence systems. Experience with Oracle Applications Framework, Oracle BPM workflow tools, and Oracle data loaders and extractors. Hands on experience configuring in Oracle Cloud HCM including Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits and Talent Experience in writing functional specifications / future business process document / configuration workbooks/ Training manuals Should have strong knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud technical tools - HCM Extracts HDL BI OTBI PBL Security Scheduler Should have full project lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment / support Ability to develop reports/ dashboards using XML and PL/ SQL. Should have full project lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment / support Should have at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Experience working with Finance and/ or Human Resources departments. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor s Degree in technical discipline/ MCA or in lieu of a degree 3 years of relevant experience.
