Distinctive is a high degree of original, out of the box thinking, needed to find solutions to the assignments. Formulates new online account solutions by integral, original thinking and adds new online account concepts/elements to his sub discipline. Combines abstract ideas at a high conceptual level, and generates new types of online account solutions. Formulates, as a recognized online account authority, solutions across multiple disciplines to effectively achieve goals together. Builds actively networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips for his specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights. May lead multi-disciplinary online account change projects, managing a team.You are responsible for

  • Responsible for development and implementation of the eCommerce sales strategy for Philips Personal Health business - development, and optimization of sales via digital channels
  • Managing all the E Commerce channel for Philips.
  • Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e- commerce channel by continuously optimizing the efundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing
  • Involved in the developments of the medium term policy for Ecommerce Sales, and processes results into a vision/roadmap.
  • Introduces online account methods/procedures that are new for Philips
  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in relevant discipline.
  • Viewed as an expert in the field. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
  • Supervises teams
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, inline with work plans, and performance requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • MBA degree in Sales and Marketing or a related discipline
  • Overall 10+ years of experience out of which last 3-4 years should be a leadership role
  • Proficiency in e-Commerce, merchandising, marketplace management, Digital to consumer
  • Ability to drive complex change by persuading stakeholders (ideally through matrix organizations) and end-to-end marketplace management and digital experience
  • Strong business acumen, P&L responsibility experience is critical
  • Good interpersonal skills and high task orientation
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams ability to influence in absence of reporting relationship
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors
