Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will lead India eCommerce strategy and operational guidelines
  • Will design and align the strategy and tactical plan for each channel in concert with Leadership including Sales, Marketing, Operation, Global eCommerce.
  • Will be responsible for helping drive new market enablement from readiness assessment, GTM and strategic alignment, resource planning, process excellence, implementation, and KPI establishment.
  • Will lead a team to enhance and grow the adoptions of website, eProcurement, mobile, partnership, while increasing awareness of advanced services offerings.
  • Success will be determined by the effective application of the strategic pillars of expansion, value extraction, customer experience, sales and marketing effectiveness and operations efficiency.
  • Will provide support to the digital channel optimizations, project management team leadership, Digital Product Management, Sales Support, Services, and Field Operations.
  • Effective management of the eSolutions ecosystem is key and extends to operations, distribution, logistics, product management, regional marketing, sales ops, and virtually all functional groups. Therefore, broad stakeholder engagement, communication, and joint planning are critical to success.
  • Manage local web experience enhancement roadmap and budget
  • Liaise with the digital teams and gather needs and business requirements
  • Compile monthly recaps for senior management teams on global eCommerce business
  • Drive use of analytics tools (GA, Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Brightedge, Sprinklr) to identify actionable business opportunities and improvements on a monthly basis
Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelors & Master s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a Management degree is preferred.
  • A total of 15+ years of experience, with a Min of 5 years of experience in Leadership position in eCommerce with expertise and proven experience of growing a brands eCommerce business rapidly, B2B preferred.
  • A working experience with Digital and eCommerce consulting organization leading transformative projects at client place will be add on advantage.
  • Experience in SalesForce, Eloqua, AEM, Google Ads/GA.
  • Science background or experience in Life Science organizations preferred.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organisation, collaborating and managing diverse stakeholders globally
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail and quality. Must be proactive in retrieving and following up on all assets necessary to get the job done.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Can operate on strategic, tactical and operational level; preferably has strong skills in service culture and delivery, process standardization and optimization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, hands-on approach to building business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
