Job Description

Primary Responsibility:

  • Talent Acquisition and on-boarding

  • Policy development and compliance
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Documentation Reports
  • Significant experience in managing employee relations, performance management, talent assessment, succession planning and leadership development
  • Very good track record of recruiting in large numbers within short deadlines
  • Supervisory or team management experience required
  • Experience in writing policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated analytical, communications and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated acumen in project management, leading in a collaborative nature, managing multiple priorities and strategic thinking needed
  • Benchmarking compensation and best practices in the industry
  • Experience dealing with the Labour department and Labour consultants to ensure compliance

Competency Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Recruitment skills - database, social media, personal networks, consultancies

Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliances

Good negotiation skills and work within budgetary constraints

Designing recruitment tests and retention practices to hire and retain the best talent

Being outcome driven and well versed with driving outcomes demonstrated through reports

Good internet research skills to collate data eg: benchmark salaries and other best practices

Proficiency in MS Office, especially high competence in Excel

Excellent in interpreting, analysing and presenting data for business insights

Ability to understand the business requirements of delivery teams
