    • IT, Admin and Security
    • Managed day-to-day operations of Windows servers.
    • Handled Active Directory user administration and access rights.
    • Installed and configured hardware, software, and printers.
    • Monitored server performance and responded to incidents.
    • Applied security patches and maintained antivirus systems.
    • Provided L1support to internal users.
    • Configuration and Installation of M365 and O365. Experience in PST file and
