    Job DescriptionThe CFO is a strategic partner to the CEO and the board of directors, focused on long-term financial planning and growth. Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Financial Planning
    • Financial Management & Reporting

    • Cash Flow & Liquidity

    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: A bachelors degree in finance or accounting is standard, with an MBA or professional certification (CPA or CA) often required or preferred.
    • Experience: Typically requires 10-15 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
    • Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this high-level, influential role.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
    • Auditing: Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Taxation: Compute taxes, prepare and file tax returns, and ensure adherence to national and local tax laws.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and reports for internal and external use.
    • Budgeting Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental and annual budgets.
