    Industry - Textile / Garments / Accessories / Fashion Category - OperationsJob Type - Permanent- Candidates with only warehousing and logistics experience e-commerce/retail/ apparels & clothing industry to apply- Candidates with only 7-15 years should applyClient Details :Our client is an Indian apparels brand which deals in e-commerce and retail businessDescription :Reporting into the CEO/CO-founderHe/She will be responsible for: - Handling product operations & Zonal warehouse network across India- Handling logistics operations, Cross-docking and last mile delivery across India and China geographies- Leading customer operations, ensuring we WOW customers, delighting them with every interaction.- Building and leading a team charged with constantly expanding, improving, and overcoming operational bottlenecks across multiple supply chains - international and domestic, boasting one of the largest cross border supply chain systems in the country.- Cutting down time to launch the latest fashion trends and shrinking end to end lead time to rapidly respond to data signals and replenish ordersImproving zonal efficiency and deliver quickly to shoppers pan IndiaProfile :Ideally you have 8-15 years of work experience in E-Commerce/Retail industry with exposure to handle apparels/lifestyle/clothing products . A candidate with experience in Kaizen, ERP , Quality Standards will be preferred. An ideal candidate will have equivalent exposure to both logistics and warehouse and must be managing a team in his/her current role.You should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
