Prepare Sales Plan with seniors to execute sales & marketing strategies Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for High rise apartments. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results. Responsible to increase the sales and marketing functions to achieve as per the company targets. Interact with clients to determine business requirements. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch periodically with the customers. Maintain good relationship with customer and effective communicatio0n with the customer &promote the product uniqueness. Resolve all complex enquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. Showing residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes. Responsible for all enquiries, demonstration to site visits for new customers as well as existing customers. Convert prospects to closed sales for clients located throughout Bangalore. Prepare contracts and documentation, Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements. Advise first home- buying clients on general escrow and title procedures. Perform competitive product evaluations. Competitor analysis, feedback calls to customers, BSA analysis & Walk in reports. Arranging Apartment activity and expo through agencies, arranging collaterals to the sites. Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.nterface Office, etc. Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc.,
