Job Description

    Drive Vision Care business (Spectacle Lens) in SAARC countries ( Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives & Sri Lanka) by providing leadership to the local business partners and exponential profitable growth in alignment with over all SAARC strategy and aspiration.Strategy and Planning :Country Potential analysis : market and competitor mapping to understand market dynamics.Gap analysis : Provide inputs on market and customer trends, competition, channel mix effectiveness etc.Customer needs : Track and update technology landscape, competitor play to drive Consumer productsCompetition : Proactively identify changes in competitive environment to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.Product & Price positioning : Drive right product positioning, pricing and promotion strategySales process :- Evaluate, build and lead a strong VIS partners organisation, sales, sales operations and marketing with the aim of exponential increasing the business, based on a significantly wider optical + Hospital retail footprint, higher levels of brand awareness and successful launch of key initiatives / products- Manage big key Accounts / Hospital chains and negotiate purchase agreements and conditions/pricing.- Provide effective communication of a clear vision for the future VIS business- Attend industry meetings and conferences as appropriate.Digital Leadership :- Act as a change agent, lead and accelerate Digital Transformation locally in all areas of sales, marketing and supply chain efficiency.- Significant growth of e-commerce volumes- Develop and implement a sustainable omnichannel strategy with clear focus on distribution expansion in both off/ online channels.This job opening was posted long time back.
