The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle. A person who can juggle multiple roles at a time and be ready for any adverse condition.Responsibilities- Managing and developing a vendor/factory base for capacity management & category planning across China and Asia- Establishing and managing strategic vendor partnerships that supports the allocation process in an effort to minimize costs and maximize efficiencies- Negotiate cost, lead-time, MOQ and flexible inventory plans with vendors and suppliers- Oversee the specifications process for all categories to the on-time development, engineering, and accurate specification is shared with the factories- Leading the sampling, Pre-Production and Production processes- Developing costing strategies, cost negotiations, and vendor/factory relations to meet financial and on-time delivery targets- Evaluating global sourcing & supply chain practices and trends for bench-marking and implementation for our brand- Developing short-term and long-term strategies for sourcing and supply chain- Leading effective relationships with cross-functional leaders in the execution of sourcing initiatives- Managing projects, priorities and requirements to achieve business goals- Hiring, retaining, leading and developing high performing talent and teams- Maintain a regular cadence of internal communications and engagement initiatives to ensure all key leaders and stakeholders remain up to date and alignedWhat are we looking for :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or other related disciplines- 5-10+ years experience in the global sourcing field with strong background, product knowledge and expertise in Activewear.- Proven experience in building a competitive supply base and drive operational excellence to deliver quality products at the best price- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
