Job Description

The Head of Supply Sales will be responsible for planning and acquiring a Business across India efficiently and expand the GMV for the business. This role would require building a team and setting up the function for scale. If you enjoy sales & partnerships, working with small businesses, have a commercial acumen, have a strategic bent of mind, can scale efficiently and sustainably, and are a natural leader this will be a great opportunity for you.Responsibilities :- Develop the strategy to increase GMV as per the business plan by scaling the network pan-India- Responsible for budgeting, P&L, customer ratings and engagement of our garage business- Manage the entire partner life-cycle including sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, training, enablement and growth of partners with primary focus on customer experience- Develop joint business and delivery plans with partners to grow GMV and improve customer experience scores YoY- Collaborate with Operations on designing and improving SOPs to ensure operational excellence with partners- Collaborate with city and category teams in driving GMV and performance metrics- Collaborate with the product team on strategy and roadmap for partner products to improve customer and partner experience- Build and develop the Supply team across India managing employee experience and effectiveness for the functionQualifications :- Prior experience in scaling a network of small businesses for a high growth company- Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships, experience and performance of partners during the entire lifecycle- Proven record of building and managing a high performing team focused on sales/BD- Proven track record of building strategy and execution in growing a sales organisation focused on small businesses in India,
