Head Finance & Accounts for a company of turnover at least 100 Crores.Handling financial statements Profit & Loss A/c Accounts Payable and Receivable Statements and Balance SheetsMonitoring day to day bank transactions, bank reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, inventory management, invoicing and periodical bank submissionsPreparing the MIS reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performanceMonitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast.Develop and manage statistical MIS reports monthly comparative operative expense analysis, half yearly and annual income statements and other MIS reports as and when required by the managementConducting audits, evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors.Ensuring the compliance of Statutory requirementCoordinating with Statutory AuditorCoordinating with Banks and other external agencies , Desired ProfileCA is MandatoryManufacturing experience is Mandatory
