Job Description

    Job Summary:The Hearing Care Consultant is responsible for promoting clinic visits and managing client interactions through effective communication. The role requires maintaining accurate records, updating client contact information, and addressing client concerns while upholding the highest level of professionalism.Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Stay updated on the details of each product offering and any changes.
    • Obtain and maintain accurate lists of client contact details.
    • Proactively call active and potential clients to encourage clinic visits.
    • Address client uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly.
    • Document important details of each client interaction. Communicate verbal acceptances for clinic visits to the clinical staff and Manager.
    • Record both successful and unsuccessful attempts to close deals.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations. Update data in Excel sheets and relevant software, ensuring proper data management.
    • Conduct all functions with the utmost respect, regardless of the clients disposition.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Graduate with 1-2 years of prior experience as a telecaller/telesales professional. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Proficient in computer usage. Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences. Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi being mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Gujarati will be an added advantage. Ability to adapt communication style as needed. Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Capacity to receive constructive feedback professionally.
