Job Description & Job Duties& Resolve all queries and requests coming via e - mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA& Responding to queries via chat, and email within agreed SLA& Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems& Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources& Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support& Perform daily internal audit to ensure all queries are handled as per the guidelines& Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes& Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution& Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention& Requesting feedback of correspondence to improve training methods& Tracking and reporting all the queries at regular intervals& Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure& Recommended procedure modifications or improvements& Utilizes on - line procedures, solutions, and knowledge databases.& Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities& Contributes to team decisions, participates in team meetings and fosters team growth. Interacts with team members and users as needed.& Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications& Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 - 6 years of Help Desk Experience& Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations& Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes& Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills.,
