Job Description

    Amazon India is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and motivated Investigation Specialist to join our Returns and ReCommerce (Reverse Commerce) team. Our mission is to achieve Zero Waste, Zero Defects, and Zero Cost, thereby benefiting people, planet and profit.The ideal candidate will have analytics experience, and should be comfortable working across multiple projects / programs with the capability to influence external stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. Key job responsibilities1. Track and monitor ReLo Quality initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders 2. Setting up BI dashboards for tracking key Quality metrics to support weekly performance tracking reviews 3. Should be able to actively take up SQL based data deep dives, to identify and provide insights on improvement opportunities4. Conduct audits in collaborations with fulfillment centres to evaluate process gaps and process adherence metrics,
    • Bachelors degree required
    • 1+ Years of experience in a similar role , preferably in E Commerce
    • Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office, Excel with exceptional analytical and data gathering skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Teamwork mentality and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done
    • Experience in E-commerce or retail would be an advantage
    • Prior experience in working with SQL and BI tools is desired
    • Experience in business / program roles is a plus
