Job Description

    Position:R2R Specialist CA Qualified / CA Inter.Experience:
    • CA Qualifiedwith3 yearspost-articleship experience in end-to-end R2R
    • OR
    • CA Interwith5 yearspost-articleship experience in full-cycle R2RSalary:[As per market standards / negotiable]Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days preferred
    Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilledRecord to Report (R2R) Specialistwith a strong background in general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for aCA-qualified or CA Inter candidatewith hands-on experience in managing end-to-end R2R processes in a shared service or corporate finance environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manageend-to-end Record to Reportprocesses including journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
    • Overseemonth-end and year-end closingactivities ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Prepare and reviewbalance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, and variance reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and auditors during internal and external audits.
    • Ensure compliance withIFRS / IND AS / GAAPand internal financial policies.
    • Participate inprocess improvement and automation initiativesto enhance operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • CA Qualified (min. 3 years post-articleship) OR CA Inter (min. 5 years post-articleship).
    • Strong hands-on experience inend-to-end R2R processes.
    • Proficiency inERP systems(SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred).
    • Solid understanding ofaccounting standards and compliance frameworks.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
