Job Description

Job Title:Digital Marketing ManagerYour Role:We are a startupcompanylooking for a Digital MarketingManagerwho can manage the Digital Marketing for our clients. We are looking for a digital marketing expert to assist in planning, executing and optimizing our online marketing efforts.

  • Develop and manage Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Manage and maintain the organizations website(s)
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as facebook, instagram and twitter
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness of clients.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc. )
  • Fix errors or bugs in online content
  • Create banner adverts and oversee pay per click(PPC) ad management
  • Write online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using various Web analytics tools
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate and implement new technologies
  • Research, write, and edit engagingmarketingcontent pieces like landing pages, case studies, press releases, blogs, and social media posts for different brands
  • Oversee social media strategy
  • Ensure content is keyword optimized for the web Desired Candidates Profile:
  • MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing
  • 3-6Years of Experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as well as proven ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
  • Should be able to work independently in a fast-growing team environment, as well as independently, with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism
  • Organized, hard-working, and should be able to work well under tight deadlines and multitask.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and
SEO/ SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc. )
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
