Job Description

    Hiring For Academic CoordinatorResponsibilitiesThe School Coordinator plays a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting Student Teachers, meeting with Student Teachers and Mentor Teachers.
    • Prepare and maintain student records and administrative regulations.
    • Work with parents, teachers and counsellors to address students behavioural, academic, and other problems.
    • Assist in development of training modules and programs.
    • Coordinate with teachers and canter coordinators to develop lesson plans and materials.
    • Respond to student inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our programs, offerings, and enrolment procedures.
    • Assist with admissions processes, including guiding prospective students through the application and enrolment processes
    • Collaborate with other teams members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the student experience and Record Keeping.
    Requirements:
    • Trained Graduate
    • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely
    • Strong intuition and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing student concerns and resolving conflicts
    • Student Retention
    Experience:3 to 5 yearsSkills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Academically sound, smart, ambitious, and most importantly having a passion for the subject. Good command over written English including sentence construction and vocabulary. Have a good academic record .
