Job Description

*Job DescriptionJob Title:AnalystPracticeHR and Talent Management practice LocationGurgaon / Bangalore Job Purpose This is for the position of an Analyst in the HR & Talent Management practice as Human Capital Consultant with knowledge in Learning and Development, Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management. The individual will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements across US/UK/UAE/Australia from India to address complex issues relating to organization transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR.Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and develop insights, prepare work plans, support project lead and work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making
  • Develop presentations to communicate the resulting conclusions and recommendations
  • Develop training content and materials to support in the change transition resulting from technology implementation such as SAP/Oracle/Workday/ServiceNow and cloud solutions
  • Seek regular feedback and change behavior to improve performance as appropriate
  • Conduct benchmarking and research
  • Demonstrate capability to develop training materials such as web-based courses, instructor-led materials, quick reference guides, simulations, and so forth
  • Organize and write recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities
Knowledge and skills
  • Have an understanding of key concepts and principles related to organization design, workforce planning and optimization, HR process design and process improvements, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development and change management
  • Have knowledge in deployment of HR tools and methodologies supporting workforce management, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, and career planning, learning and development, etc.
  • Knowledge about learning life cycle, training design and content development to design and develop the proposed learning program in appropriate training format will be desirable
  • Knowledge of change management, an added advantage
  • Strong skills and knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
  • Ability to analyze data using tools such as Power BI/Tablue/etc
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines
  • Be able to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced and high flexible environment
  • Have strong analytical, report-writing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality client service
Qualifications
  • MBA/BBA/Psychology Graduates or Masters degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields of study
  • 0-1 year of experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Human Resource Transformation
