Job Description

Experience: 3 5 Years of experience in GRE / GMAT / SAT / CAT test preparation courses and training experience. Key responsibilities: Creating and framing new Aptitude questions and modifying the existing questions in the Data base for the initial few months. Responsible for Training the Students on Quantitative Aptitude in preparation for the Competitive exams. Creation of necessary content for training and delivery of training. Putting in place measurement metrics for measuring the performance of the trainees. Conduct periodic Tests and review / analysis of performance of Students. Setting Question papers for Mock Tests & Full Tests across varying levels of difficulties. Good knowledge in solving mathematical problems with shortcut methods is must. Preparing Students on various aptitude modules of Quantitative and Logical Reasoning. Possess good Communication skills and should be logical in approach. Constantly updating oneself on current trends for each test in order to guide students. Establishes relationships with clients to provide high quality customer service by establishing a good rapport with students inside and outside class. Contributes to revenue generation by taking second level counseling, marketing sessions or demo classes and seminars. Maintaining accurate attendance and score reports for all batches and tutoring. Tracking scores of all students who have completed batches. Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends) , as needed, to meet business objectives. Requirements Strong knowledge in Quantitative and Aptitude sections and should have proven experience in training the students. Strong passion for teaching and must be career oriented, mature and must possess strong convincing skills. Must be presentable along with possessing analytical & problem solving skills. ,
