Provides first level supervision to the team of Professionals in Applications Development sub-function. The team supervisors focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership. Leads teams in the design and development of software applications or specialized utility programs that will enhance the organizations/ clients ability to achieve strategic goals and targets. Your future duties and responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated and confident Java Technical Lead with Architect flavor who can provide solution to complex problems and also lead team of developers. Your ability to interact with people/ teams and build strong collaborative working relationships with teams and colleagues will be second to none. In this role you will be assigned to a team that works on framework enhancement and subsequent application development & support. Self-driven with great technical interests, should be quick learner, should have attention to Details. Possess good communication skills and Client Interaction experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Development/ Support team leads, other team members and business analysts/ Onsite TA to analyze business requirements and design and create code for web application. Write code in Java/ Vaadin, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Java design patterns, Oracle/ Pl/ SQL. Perform unit and integration level testing of developed code and reviewing member s tasks. Addressing the issues related to application and database servers like WAS/ WLS/ Oracle. Understand and follow standard coding processes. Assist in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements. Assist in preparing documentation to change existing programs. Developing applications with responsive web design frameworks to support multiple platforms including compatibility with different browsers. Continuous support to the team members on every query. DevOps tools including configuration management, requirements, automated testing and deployment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 7 years of web development experience.
