Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-Position Purpose:-Its a team leader position of managing 3-10 operations employees including Cash Officers. BOM should have sound knowledge of operation process and should have ability to lead a team. To be able to provide effective customer service on operation parameters and ensure no customer complaints.Position ResponsibilitiesTransaction Review

  • Daily voucher reconciliation including escalation and remediation of errors
  • Daily review and monitoring of critical GL accounts and ensure adherence to defined accounting norms and requirements
  • Daily review of mandatory reports (cash,non-cash, exception reports, TOD etc.)
Any errors / issue to be immediately escalated to next supervisory level Transaction Processing
  • 99 % transaction processing accuracy and adherence to TAT for execution of RTGS/ NEFT transactions
  • Strict adherence to defined operating procedures for issuance of DD/PO, Cheque books, Clearing related transactions at branches
Complete ownership of unprocessed / un-executed transactions at EOD and ensuring these are processed the next working day
