Job Description

    Position: Engineering Manager / D1 Band Location: PAN India Availability: ImmediateJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead automation initiatives across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will manage a team of business analysts, solution architects, and developers, while working closely with account and engagement leaders to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions.Key Responsibilities
    • Achieve yearly competitiveness benefit targets including FTE savings
    • Build and manage a robust automation opportunities pipeline
    • Deliver high-quality automation solutions on time
    • Lead and manage a cross-functional team across multiple cities in India
    • Coordinate with engagement and account leaders to align on delivery goals
    • Participate in governance calls and provide regular updates
    • Align with BSV automation strategy and contribute to ongoing initiatives
    • Handle and resolve escalations effectively
    • Upskill and cross-skill team members
    • Ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings
    • Identify and drive adoption of training in new technologies
    • Manage resource demand and supply by identifying requirements and coordinating with operations
    Key Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong hands-on experience in project and program management
    • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience managing teams of at least 50 members
    • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
    • Sound knowledge of at least two RPA technologies
    • Strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI; hands-on implementation experience required
    • Ability to work collaboratively with global delivery managers and teams
    • Strong skills in project planning, execution, and reporting
    • Comfortable with handling ad-hoc reporting tasks
    • PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
    • Results-oriented with excellent prioritization skills
    • Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
