JOB PROFILE: Create a high performing teams across Customer care, IT / Technology, Process and Supply Chain & logistics. Prepare, manage and communicate the operational strategy in support of the overarching company strategy. Implement best in class standards and value add through increase in efficiencies and effective customer experience. Develop Metrics for analysis and interpretation of data to evaluate performance. Set objectives and strategies for the Customer Services, IT & Supply Chain department. Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience. Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance. Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions. Deliver efficient, reliable, robust and cost-effective IT services while maintaining all internal and external SLA. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Years of experience: 15+ years. Qualification: MBA and BE. Strong exposure to development and maintenance of an effective and efficient operating model. Must have readied the organization for growth related to Technology, Customer Service and experience, Process engineering / reengineering etc. Built / delivered IT platforms in conjunction with business needs or extensively worked with IT to deliver the platforms as required. Delivery of product demand forecasts, financial profitability of product and inventory management issues. Development of solutions to complex logistics support problems with other product support functions, customers, and suppliers. Ability to think big and drive results with impactful plan and its implementation. Stakeholder Management/Team Management/Communication Skills. ,
