Roles and Responsibilities1.Understanding of/Hands on experience in Software/Application/Systems validation (Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification/Installation Qualification) and its related documentation --- 2.Understanding of/Hands on experience in Software Development life cycle and its related documentation 3.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in 21CFRPart11 requirements and its implementation/documentation within organizational processes -- 4.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in IT Service Management Framework / ITIL Concepts and its implementation/documentation within organizational processes 5.Understanding of/Hands on experience in Change Management process (ITSM) --- 6.Understanding of/Hands on experience in Configuration Management process including management of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) (ITSM) --- 7.Understanding of/Hands on experience in Incident Management Process (ITSM) --- 8.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in Information Security standards (ISO 27001 ISMS, SOC I II, etc.) --- 9.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in QMS/ISMS requirements and its related documentation --- 10.Experienced and lead efforts to establish, update, maintain, and continually improve IT related QMS and ISMS Procedures, Policies, and other documentation. --- 11.Support IT Training function and development as applicable to current IT process.- 12.Support IT in Good Documentation Practices as applicable to IMS record control. -- 13.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action process --- 14.Very good understanding of/Hands on experience in Quality Improvement Tools (new 7 tools and 7 QC tools of quality) --- ,
