Experience: Experience with Core Java / Swing / XML programming. 3 - 4 years of training experience.Key responsibilities: Responsible for Training the Students on Java in preparation for the Competitive exams.Creation of necessary content for training and delivery of training.Putting in place measurement metrics for measuring the performance of the trainees.Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.Requirements: Strong object - oriented programming skills.Experience working with IDE environment for code development and debugging (Eclipse).Familiar with software development process / practices and writing design documents.Experience on EJB, JSP / Servlets, GWT is a plus.Experience on scripting languages such as python, javascript, linux shell scripting is a plus.Must have good written and verbal communication skills.,
