Summary of the job The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring right talent & manage the overall recruitment status for the business through different channels that meets the growing needs of organization. Job Responsibilities Responsible for end - to - end Recruitment Process for Bangalore Office Partnering with business heads , understanding requirements and ensuring timely closure of mandates Extensive Experience in Bulk / Volume hiring and should have expertise analyzing projected head count increase Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal , Head Hunting , References , Advertisements , Networking Sites , etc. Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process. Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid - Mass hiring with proficiency in regional Languages Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience , job profile , fitment , functional expertise and organizational set ups. Desired profile Expert in recruitment , should have atleast 7 years of experience as a recruitment specialist. Excellent account management / stakeholder management skills. Keen strategist who can introduce new recruitment techniques like head - hunting , industry mapping , Direct Sourcing etc. Should be proficient in Hindi / English Languages , exposure to regional language would be an add on advantage Excellent communication skills. Extensive experience of BPO hiring in Mass & Mid - Mass recruitments. Who should join A person who is willing to learn and implement the best recruitment practices to set up new business units.
