For Business Development /Recruitment:-Should 3+ as a BDM role in Recruitment ,Inside Sales, Leadgeneration,Client acquisition, Data Mining, who interacts directly with companies to understand job requirements, self starter, independent contributorFor HR Recruiter:-Minimum 2 Years experience in BPO Volume/Lateral recruitment. Should Handle both International and Domestic Client . Good Communication SkillsFor Client Relationship Officer (International Outbound sales):-Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an B2C Telemarketing/sales campaigns for US/Canada entity with excellent communication skills that can convince a customer on an outbound callFor Team Leader (Operations) Outbound sales:-Minimun 2 years of Experience in team handling Sales(Voice) / International Projects. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer centric. Should have exp both in sales and customer care projects. Effective training skills ability to teach and train other individuals.For Operations Manager:-Experience of 5 years and above as Operations managers, age criteria more than 35 years. Someone who can analyze, build, question and stratergize the project. Should be willing to work in shifts, well versed in customer support, chat and email. Good in excel.
