Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow , access , information , and security requirements; designing router administration , including interface configuration and routing protocols.Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability , utilization , throughput , goodput , and latency; planning and executing the selection , installation , configuration , and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis , and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.Secures network by developing network access , monitoring , control , and evaluation; maintaining documentation.Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.Set up , configure , and maintain systems , applications , security , and network configurations.Recommend upgrades , patches , and new applications and equipment.Provide technical support and guidance to peers as well as end-users.Maintain documentation in support of ongoing maintenance and disaster recovery.Design and install internal and external networks.Requirements: CCIE certification or equivalent education and experience of 3-4 years.Excellent communication skills; detail oriented and organized.Bachelor s degree in Engineering , Computer Science or Information Systems.CCIE Routing and Switching and experience to match.Experience with the following:Riverbed: Steelhead and Cascade experience , Cisco: ASA Firewalls , Cisco Nexus 5500 , Cisco 4507R E , Palo Alto Firewalls , Aruba Wireless andF5 and Citrix NetScaler load balancers,
