Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Office 365 Support Engineer (L2)Relevant Experience: Minimum 4+ yearsBudget:up to 9.0 Lakhs PATop Skills Required:1) MS Exchange on-premise/Hybrid/Exchange Online2) AAD Connect/ AD FS/ SSO/ MFA3) MS Teams/SfB online/SfB on-premise4) Enterprise Mobility Suite (Intune) or any other MDM/MAM solutionsThe Office 365 Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Migrating mailboxes from Exchange on-premise to Exchange Online using PowerShell scripts after performing necessary pre-flight checks.
  • Updating status of migration batches and performing post-migration actions if required.
  • Administration and support experience with Exchange hybrid and Exchange Online.
  • Administration and solid troubleshooting experience with ADFS and AAD Connect.
  • Knowledge on Azure AD features like application proxy, MFA, SSO, SSPR.
  • Skype for Business and MS Teams administration, troubleshooting and support experience or knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Cloud PBX/PSTN.
  • Device enrollment and troubleshooting issues related to application on mobile devices.
Having the below experience/knowledge will be added advantage
  • Provide information and carry impact analysis of Azure AD and Intune features - AIP, ATP, Risk events, Cloud app security, Application Proxy.
