Job Description

    Hiring: Order Management and Contract ManagementLocation: Bangalore Experience: 1 to 5 Years Shifts: Night Shifts Work Mode: Work from OfficeWe are looking for experienced professionals to support Order Management and Contract Management operations while acting as a key interface between project teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Review contracts and agreements with strong Order Management knowledge Analyze documents with high attention to detail and update systems accurately Draft and manage professional email communications Handle customer escalations and support RCA & CAPA activities Work in a 24/5 WFO model, including weekends based on business needs Support month-end and quarter-end activities as requiredRequired Skills: Experience working with global clients and international outsourcing environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS OfficeEducation: BBM / B.Com / BBA only (mandatory)Interested candidates can share their resume at: | WhatsApp: hidden_mobile
