We are Hiring for Program Manager ((FPGA NPI) with R&D Company at Bangalore Location.Please find the below JD:Your Key Responsibilities Would Include: Track hardware program progress across multiple geographies and multidisciplinary teams (primarily hardware, diagnostic, FPGA , manufacturing and NPI) Roll up and report status of program at regular intervals to management across various process gates Track program to ensure compliance to architecture requirement, schedule and budget Report, anticipate and record program risks and mitigation thereof Liaison with external suppliers and contractors in program duration and for lifetime support activities Manage, allocate and track prototype inventory Manage export and import related activity for prototypes and equipment Ensure seamless communications between various disciplines for success of program Qualification Education and Experience Necessary for Success: Bachelors degree in EC or EE At least 8 years of overall experience of which a minimum of four years in program management Good knowledge of end-to-end hardware design flow, from specification to manufacturing Excellent communication skills in English Previous experience working with global teams would be a definite advantage Experience in project management tools such as JIRA Exposure to formal program management methods and tools would be an advantage Knowledge of export/import procedures and tax regulation (India) Familiarity with process driven hardware development,
