Provide the team with the company s vision and the objectives of all projects. Proactively identify projects risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client s requirements. Perform all other duties necessary for successful projects completion and continuous improvements in workflow. Sustaining an environment oriented to open communications, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and workplace trust. Manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment, train and help the development of team members. Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance. Initiate sub- groups or sub- teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel Work with other teams to obtain necessary resources to support the team s requirements Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation. Coordinates meetings with the product committee and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/ delays in completing the task.,
