Q. A Lead Asteria Aerospace As a Q. A Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a cloud based distributed software solution at Asteria Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. This role involves coordinating test, development, and deployment activities of various teams to make sure high availability of the solution. This specifically includes, but not limited to, making sure that the relevant software systems are tested periodically / thoroughly and maintain reports, in a highly collaborative fast- paced environment. You will work closely with the product managers, user interaction designers, and other engineers from various domains to help test the new product offerings and improve existing ones. Specific Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with organizations internal Q. A requirements Coordinating the workflow between various teams during test / demo activities Validating external bug reports and maintaining the backlog appropriately Periodically test the various software components and generate exhaustive test reports Develop appropriate documentation to record solution architecture using use cases Maintenance of various other documents pertaining to the development of the solution Handle test automation for the software components Maintenance and Support of existing solution deployments Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge about the software development life cycle, and relevant testing tools Experience working in an Agile environment Proven ability to lead the testing activates with minimum supervision Solid understanding of latest web technologies and a strong aptitude to stay updated Ability to work in a Unix (or Unix like) environment, and ability to comprehend various application logs Experience working with distributed systems will be a big plus Familiarity with C++/JavaScript/Python based application development will be a plus Excellent communication skills, verbal and written,
