Job DescriptionSales Trainer Location : Udaypura,Bangalore Salary: 2.5 to 3 Lacs in hand Experience : 2 Years or more Gender: Both Note: Free hygiene lunch provided1. Conduct Training for New Joinees 2. Coach CCE s on sales techniques to improve their performance 3. Coach employees on soft skills, applications, Keyboard shortcuts and MS-Office 4. Brief callers on the product updates and changes as and when required 5. Call monitoring & Feedback and ensure CCE s are adhering to feedback 6. Work closely with Quality Analyst and Team lead to improvise CCE s performance on Need creation, objection handling, Sales, Productivity and Call Quality. 7. Live barging CCE s calls to improve performance real-time 8. Discuss with Quality Analyst and identify the AOI and prepare training module accordingly 9. Conduct refresher training for existing CCE s based on call monitoring observations on AOI 10. Share daily/weekly/monthly reports related to Training and CCE s performance 11.
