It also, inspires ideas to co-create with the government to develop online interfaces, platforms and applications that enhances the experiences of citizens and enriches their lives with greater flexibility, usability and mobility.Location :BangaloreExperience :5 10 YearsFunction :Technology - IT & SystemsDevelops architecture framework that aligns strategy, Business Objectives, Key Business processes and Authorization.

  • An expert in Business Process and Data architecture, policies, and standards that govern how data is collected, stored, integrated, and classified.
  • Design an architecture framework and model to facilitate effective data management for business users based on a portfolio of business processes to use effectively and efficiently in Business Planning and Reporting to all levels of management.
  • Proficient in end-to end data life cycle management activities, including but not limited to, evaluating and recommending new and emerging data management technologies and standards, and ensuring consistency between data management, enterprise content management and all other technical system components in our landscape.
  • Analyze the existing system and develop Model as per Business Objectives and Standard.
  • Perform data integrity check to improve the data accuracy to improve the business processes performance.
Skillset
  • Experience in SAP FICO with REFX
  • Experience including design and configuration ; Proven implementation experience in SAP
  • Experience in Information Lifecycle Management
  • Understanding of key Process area of SAP Financials (FI) and themodules/applications that handle the Asset Management & Flexible Real Estateprocesses.
  • Experience in Business Process modelling, Data Modelling
  • Experience in Business Analysis and User Requirement case studies
  • Experienced with designing SAP Real Estate Solutions
  • SAP Real Estate configuration and implementation;
  • Master data management ; Contract management ; Rental accounting ; Space management
  • Integration with other modules
Requirements
  • BE / MBA / CA / ICWA / MCA etc
  • SAP-Re-Fx consultant, Implementation experience with minimum 5 years
  • At least 3 full end-to-end implementations in REFX
  • Should have worked on Enhancements/ rollout / Implementation in customer projects.
  • Preferably worked with Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry
