  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a Lead and manage a team of testers in a high performing team delivering test automation b Responsible for breaking down delivery into sub tasks, assigning them to self and team members and tracking these to closure c Coordinate and collaborate with client teams partnering on all phases of SDLC requirements, functional designs, architecture, DevOps business d Create architecture and design phase test deliverables like test strategy, test and test data management approach
      • Technical Experience : a 6 8 years of Core Java experience preferred with understanding of OOP practices, thread management and test automation framework b Experience building test automation framework or maintaining using Selenium, TestNg or similar frameworks and data driven testing c Strong hands on experience on automation using Selenium 4 6 years of experience preferred d 5 years of experience on creating test plans, test reports, scripting and execution of enhancement features
    • Professional Attributes : A Should have good communication Skills B Should be good team player C Will be able to work independently and under pressure D Should have good logical and analytical thinking
