Job Description

Expereince : 7 to 14 yrsLocation : Pune or BamgaloreNotice Period : 0 to 30 daysROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the lead Implementation Consultant for BMC Remedy ITSM both On-Premise and SaaS options
  • Hands-on Implementation on the following BMC Remedy AR System, Atrium Core CMDB, ITSM Modules, Web Services, etc.
  • Should have ability to deploy BMC Remedy on any platform On-Prem, BMC Cloud, Azure or AWS
  • Should have ability to drive end-to-end implementation and/or upgrade of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite of products independently.
    • Development of HLD, LLD, Functional and Non-Functional requirements for BMC TSOM implementation and/or upgrade
    • Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like BMC TSOM. HP OV, Tivoli, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc.
    • using Web services and/or APIs.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Good understanding on Common Data Model of BMC Atrium CMDB
    • At least 9 years of experience in BMC Remedy ITSM implementation for large and/or complex requirements
    • Experience of deploying BMC Remedy ITSM or similar enterprise scale products
Certifications
  • ITIL V3 Foundation is mandatory
  • BMC Remedy ITSM Implementation Certification
  • Implementation certification in the tools mentioned in skills required section would be preferred
