Job Description

Greetings from Jobs Territory ! We are Looking for a Good Communicator , should have basic technical understanding excel, word, email, google.who are productive, passionate, resourceful & analytical problem solving skills. Responsibilites :

  • To be the point of contact for the center, Oversee Clinic operations & achieve sales objectives
  • Supervise client flow & ensure all front end responsibilites are completed efficiently with high quality
  • To generate profitable sales
  • Monitoring all administrative, operational & technical aspect of the center
  • To follow the client retention policies and measures
  • To maintain quality of service via SOP adherence, training & development of the team.
  • Driving the CRM initiatives for the center
  • Planning & execution of offers and schemes at the center level
  • People management , team handling+ stakeholder management
  • Handling Stressful situations such as coded | angry customers
Specification : Any degrees | Masters , Exp in Healthcare or education in healthcare would be preferred. Must exposed in managing customers directly, Backend customer exp would not be preferred Industry : Retail, healthcare, start ups etc. Qualification : Any graduates + MHA would be preferred.
