Job Description

Greetings from HR Axiom Solutions.!We are looking for a Telecaller Intern for one of the esteemed organization.Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming queries about the products across - Telephone, Whats App, Email, Facebook.
  • Initiate outbound voice calls to existing and new community members for sales and for issue/query resolution.
  • Record the nature and status of each query/call/interaction in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Track the status closely and do regular follow-ups
  • Carry out agreed number of calls / interactions on each day and close each query/call in a timely manner and result oriented manner
  • There may be stretch timings on certain days - will be agreed in advance
Requirements:
  • Outgoing and able to build a rapport with the persons called
  • Able to effectively communicate in English (type and speak) - for Social Media interactions
  • Comfortable using a desktop/laptop
  • Speak fluently in English + 1 or more other languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi)
  • Should be willing to put in stretch hours on certain days/work certain weekends - will be agreed in advance
