Roles and Responsibilities* Answering Customer Calls as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.* Answering calls as per client mandated procedures.* Updating the Account Status on Client Database.* On an average, you need to handle 70 to 80 calls daily.* Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.* Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager when assistance required.* Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure.* Process involves servicing inbound calls on a variety of account specific Areas like Balance Transfers, Direct Debits, Debits card payments, Lost & stolen calls as well general queries from credit card holder.* Provide resolution to customers requests received via postal mail, e-mail, Fax and Online Services for the non-voice requirement.* Process involves servicing Emails/ letters/ SMS on variety of Account specific areas like Balance Transfers, Direct Debits, Debit card payments, Lost & stolen queries, account closures, Fee, Charges, Interest Queries, Financial difficulty, hardship & vulnerable situations - for the non-voice requirement.Desired Candidate Profile* Excellent Communication Skills in English.* Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ College drop outs can apply * Open to work in UK shift* 5 Days working & 2 Rotational Week Off.* Candidate preferred only from Bangalore Location.* Ready to work from Office.* Job Location - Bangalore (Whitefield).* Candidates with Banking/Collection Voice process will be added as 1st preference.Perks and BenefitsCTC upto 3.3 LPA (23k in hand) + 1k incentives + 5k performance bonusCab facility Please share your CV at aarushi.mehra@nlbtech.in or call on 9289683112 !,
