Experience with GoSystem, Microsoft Visio, Project and SharePoint a plusJob Description (Manager- SALT)Ability to perform review of complex state tax returns of US Business entities (Corporate and Partnership) handled senior associates Be updated with the tax law changes and apply it on the tax returns Manage large clients with multi state filing requirements Responsible for Quality Assurance review of projects handled by the team Ability to identify technical issues on the engagements and to present with the recommendations to the engagement teams Acting as subject matter expert (Go To Person) and be a conduit for knowledge sharing Ability to manage the engagements and coach the team on technical concepts Actively participating in the technical forums Train the team members on high technical concepts Ability to identify gaps, coach, mentor and developing technical skills of team members Build professional relationship with the engagement teams Lead the team independently and help in coaching them on career developmentRegards,HR Team
