Job Description

    We are lookingHotel Managerfor one of our reputed client based at Singapore(5 star Hotel)Job Summary:The Hotel Manager is responsible for the management of all the operations of the organization. The Hotel Manager is the leader of the organization, reporting directly to ownership, and is responsible for the management of all staff. He is expected to create an environment of excellence and customer service within the organization.He has commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all property services, with strong focus on Food & Beverage operations. Ensure efficient operations, maximize standards of guest service, and drive occupancy rates and revenue goals. Performs regular site inspections on the facilities and services of the property, resolves issues and ensures that the property runs smoothly each day.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversees and ensures smooth operations of the hotel, focusing on Food & Beverage division
    • Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
    • Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
    • Developing improvement actions.
    • Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
    • Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
    • Lead in all aspects of business planning.
    • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
    Talent Profile:
    • Post Graduate or Degree in hotel Management, F&B Management or equivalent
    • Experience in managing F&B Operations from an upscale hotel
    • Knowledge in P&L Report, F&B Budget Report, and Cost Control
    • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skill
    Education:
    • Bachelors (Preferred)
    Experience:
    • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
    • total work: 2 years (Required)
